I read an article yesterday about keeping a "Gratitude Journal." Essentially, the idea is to record the things--big and small--that you are thankful for. It's a simple concept really, but all too often, we tend to focus on things that are upsetting, annoying or stressful. What a novel idea to seek out the good in place of the bad!
